Duties and Responsibilities |
|
|
Assist with adl's with consumers with disabilities. Provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Work according to consumer plans or cares or service plans, provide appropriate writtend documentation. Provide meaningful recreation and leisure time activities with consumers.

Requirements |

High School or GED equivalent (Desired)
